I was interviewed last week for a fairly senior role. It was at a university and the vice chancellor was part of the board. He did mention not to worry about it as they were busy and I would know this week... But it's Friday already and haven't heard a thing! When would drop an email? The consensus is that I'm possibly second best and that's why it's taking longer than usual.
