We are about to let out our first property and I'd like to leave a welcome gift.
Would you appreciate it? What would you like if it was a property you were moving into?

Biscuits- you can never go wrong with biscuits.

Tbh I wouldn’t expect anything so any gesture would be lovely on top of the usual recycling explanations etc.
