I’ve recently returned to work from my first maternity leave. My request to go part time has been agreed until the end of August. I’m presuming this means I’m technically full time after August? I’m worried if I get pregnant again they will only pay me part time or try to make me part time after August even if I want to go back to full time between August and having another baby? I can’t ask hr at the moment. Any ideas where I am? Before may leave I was full time permanent contract so I’m presuming this still is the case?x
