Anyone else's S9 updated today?

Mine did at tea time ish & since then, I can't work out how to swipe away the Samsung Health notifications from my notification bar at the top of the screen.

Anyone any idea where I need to be looking? Tia :)

Mine hasnt updated but i had the same thing with messenger, i had to go to notifications and find the app then advanced and find app and click on it and then find the button which related to chat heads active.

Yes my Note 9 updated - it's the new Android Pie. Haven't had a chance to work through it yet.
