Just posting here to chew someone's ear off.
I ordered a hair products subscription box 5th Jan. First would-be box. Should have been shipped off by company on the 15 th, delays meant this didn't happen until 21st. Still no item today and what's got me miffed is that the company are deleting messages of complaints on their Instagram account and leaving the gushing ones.
I was polite in my message and contacted the company on Social Media so that I could get a faster response as to when I can expect my item, that's all.
Today I emailed the company to cancel my subscription as I feel they've handled it not very well, no reply back or confirmation as of yet.
I did express that I appreciate unforseen delays and circumstances but..I don't know. Deleting valid queries seems shoddy.

Humph. I want my items!

This is light hearted, by the way.

Name of company?

Pfft. I don't know if I should name. If they've taken exception to my complaints on instagram - of which got deleted, and then when I saw mine and another couple of customers complaints had been deleted, I became (Shock) messaged again to say shame on you, you should address problems not delete from view.
So I'm thinking that if I name them they may come back with accusations of me trying to smear/sabotage/stalk them (or whatever it's seen as).

Its not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I'm just sat twiddling my thumbs expecting.my box from nearly 2 weeks ago.

It's not just me. A fair few people haven't received their items as well. But you wouldn't really know that now because, you know, detetion and all that.
