I will keep this short and to the point.
New head teacher been in position for just over 3 years. School has fallen to poor in the Ofsted rating. The head teacher has been signed off work several times. One of those times was for nearly 1 year in total. She is now off for another 1 month. 2 weeks over last term etc etc.12 members of staff left school last year alone. She has refused the package offered to leave.
A new head from another school has been drafted in on a temporary part time basis to try and sort things out but until the current head had gone we are in limbo. I have now taken to route of paying for a tutor as I feel my child's education if not where it should be. We have another emergency governor/parents meeting this evening but quite frankly these don't give us the answers we are looking for. Where do we stand as parents on a vote of no confidence?
