Physical stress/anxiety symptoms

So I have a lot going on atm, nothing I can change and it does have an end point (weeks away though) so something I just have to get through. But I feel awful, constantly shaky and churned up, 'fizzy' stomach so eating is a struggle and feel nauseous most of the time. Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce the physical symptoms while I wait for it to be over please, not relishing the thought of feeling like this for weeks.
