Just had a snow fight as they were already dressed and ready to leave.

It's not deep at all but both schools are closed.

Not a speck of snow where I am in Derbyshire. Thankfully for me as I hate snow days!

Me too. Snow isnt really snow. The balls that compact and makes you slip. Not even an inch deep. But this is rural, no gritters, and the cars that have passed my house gave compacted the snow making it impossible to get my car out, and abandoned them. 4 accidents on the hill down the road.

I work in education and we're closed - not rural. I just tried to get to the corner shop and the snow that has been walked on/driven over is like ice. Very dangerous.

So disappointed to wake up to zero snow!! Alexa (weather report) promised me snow last night, so I bought all of the bread and all of the milk in preparation 😂

@ItsameAmario I'm also in Manchester! We got a threatening email from work yesterday telling us we were all expected in despite the weather - some people battled over 5 hours!

No. No snow here at all. Despite all the rain yesterday and then the temps dropping to -4c...but there was no overlap and not one bloody snowflake to be seen and none on the horizon.

Nottingham here and no snow. Snow days do not exist in the NHS.
