Body clock screwed up

I've just had flu for two weeks, sleeping very little the first few days as the symptoms were grim, and then a week of 12-15 hours at a time plus daytime snoozes.

I'm also menopausal, so sleep can be elusive at times anyway.

I'm now struggling to get my body clock back into routine - hence why I'm MNing in the early hours.

I start a new (f/t) job next week - am hoping that my body clock gets back in sync by then.

Any suggestions ? I don't drink caffeine and (usually) avoid screens in the evening.

Make yourself physically exhausted.

Go for a ten mile walk, done as fast as you can. It takes me about three hours fifteen minutes. Trust me, you will sleep after that!
