Does anyone get/notice a strange smell after a migraine?
I had a migraine this morning and have smelt a weird smell since. I can't even really describe it. Maybe a bit like a burnt smell?
Symptoms were slightly different to my usual migraines (when I last saw a gp about different symptoms he said that was perfectly normal) so I'm wondering if other sufferers have experienced a strange smell post-migraine.

Not a strange smell but very hypersensitive to any smell and can lead to me throwing up

Hmm, ok.
My symptoms have nearly always been the same and it makes me panic a little when anything changes. However, mine are pretty mild compared to what a lot of people experience so I try to be rational about it.

Ds2 gets migraines and he sometimes reports a burnt smell. I've googled, and it seems it can be part of having a migraine.

Ah, yes, google was my next step but thought I'd ask here first before potentially freaking myself out.

I always can smell a hazey smell - almost like a very faint bonfire smell.

Bonfire, yes! That's it. Like a stale bonfire smell.
