Hi hi,

I am going to Dublin for 1 full day and 2 part days. Any recommendations please?

Are you into history? If you are, Kilmainham Gaol and Glasnevin Cemetery have very good tours which cover a lot of 19th/20th history - the republican movement, war of independence, civil war etc.
I'd avoid Temple Bar if you're going out for the evening - wildly overpriced. Will you be with others in a group? Doyle's and Chaplain's are close enough to that area and cheaper.
Whereabouts are you staying? Trinity do tours of the college which include entrance to the Book of Kells - it's a bit expensive going just to the BoK from memory.
Guinness Storehouse is also good fun - from memory there's a bar in there where you can pull your own pint, and there's a great view over the city from the top floor.
