How to keep mould/damp off of curtains?

We've got floor to ceiling insulated windows in our lounge. I have curtains hung that are lined and in the winter the moisture beads and causes black spots of mould at the base of the curtains I've bleached them out in the summer but the spots are back. How can I keep this from occurring? It's right near my baby's crib and it's disgusting me.

If there’s no obvious cause of damp, like a leak, it’s probably down to normal moisture in the air. The best way to get rid of it is to make sure the room is well aired Andy that there’s plenty of ventilation. Not drying clothes indoors and things like that will help as well.

Thank you. We've got a tumble dryer so I only dry delicates indoors. The moisture comes from the windows, when it's quite cold it tends to bead along the base and cling to the curtain. How can I clean the curtain? Hate to keep spraying bleach next to the baby.
