Taking my Dad out for a birthday meal and he has trouble with his hearing, so his idea of hell is a noisy restaurant which is all hard surfaces and background music.
They're staying in London Victoria which isn't an area I know well, but they want us to go somewhere early evening which isn't loud.
Very open on cuisine, it's the noise which is the main issue! Any recommendations gratefully received.
