I don't need, or want, to lose weight (BMI been pretty steady at 19ish for most of adult life). But because of some pretty bad family history of conditions which the research suggests might be warded off by fasting, I'm considering doing so regularly. Does anyone out there do this? I've found plenty of info in relation to weight loss/maintenance, but does it seem sensible to go down this route even if you're not interested in the weight side of things? Anyone with experience?
