Is anyone else doing no sugar February?

I decided to challenge myself next month and raise money for Cancer Research. Rules are fairly simple, no added sugar foods/sugar in tea or coffee etc. Thought a support thread would be greatly needed, if anyone is up for joining in!
I'm interested to see how I'll get on as I definitely have something of an addiction to chocolate and cakes. Not looking to lose weight but I am hoping to improve my energy levels.
So, anyone else? GrinBrew

That sounds difficult. A lot of food and drink has added sugar.

I'm doing dechox for the British heart foundation. Which will be a challenge for me. As pp said no added sugar at all would be quite difficult.

I did no sugar for lent last year and after the first week it's fine.
I'll give it a go for February though.
