Meals that taste better the next day?

Any ideas? I can only really think of chilli or corn beef hash.
Would prefer something healthy!

I prefer cold salmon

Anything involving fresh tomato salsa!

Casseroles often better next day.

Jamie Oliver’s chilli tastes better the next day. I think it’s from the cinnamon that has time to impregnate the meat.

All curry I'd say. Hugh F-Ws baked chicken curry is an absolute winner in our house.

Lasagna. Always better after it’s been cooled once!

Always found curry and lasagna taste better the next day. Even a pasta bake or Bolognese -

Lentil Bolognese/chilli good on day 1, even better when left overnight.

Lasagna, curry, Mexican bean stew, chilli and port beef.

Pasta bake. I make mine with passata, cheese and bacon. Love it microwaved at work the next day.

lasagne is a good shout! can't have the white sauce though so will have to use blended ricotta or cottage cheese.
Still in search for an authentic curry that is fool proof and doesn't have 50 ingredients!

Why can't you have cheese sauce?

I fear most of mine would be unhelpful as cheese or white sauce feature heavily

I love pasta bake the next day, reheated is better but I will eat it cold
