Another name my cat thread

Saw a couple of these today so thought I'd jump on the bandwagon as we've had this wee one for a week and still haven't decided on her name. The decision is my 7 year olds and she's narrowed it down to 3. She originally named her Millie which I'd love to stick with

Belle
Luna
Lola

Her favourite is Luna but I would say Luna is more suited to a silver/grey cat.

PS. I'm not pandering to her or letting her dictate, she's had a hard time and
a lot of upset recently and I finally caved into buying a kitten (she's been asking for about a year!) which is why I'm allowing it to be her decision.

I guess rather than helping me choose a name I'm looking for opinions if we can get away with Luna!

Or.... Betsy. I've always wanted a cat called Betsy. No idea why!

You could have Bella but I think she’s more suited to Hoodie or Asbo judging by the cheeky face. She’s lovely.

I guess we will be calling her Luna then, I thought it would be a silly name for a tabby cat (like calling a black cat Snowflake etc). I'm glad you both agree she looks like Luna as I did want DD to have the final decision.

I feel a bit silly now thinking she couldn't be a Luna. She's still Millie to me deep down but I'm starting to like Luna now

I Shadow is appropriate! She's just sat beside me while I had a bath and now sitting beside me on the stairs while k wait on DD having her bath. I've only managed to shake off my clingy toddler recently now i have a clingy cat
