What colour blind would you suggest for this tiny window?

Downstairs toilet is small plus has a very small window. We are in the process of decorating it - see pic. In black and silver paper. Toilet will have new chrome fixings.

Not sure what to put in the window. Was thinking small pull down roller blind but not sure also not sure what colour. As it's black, silver and white in there was wondering whether to include some colour. Any suggestions?

As it's a small room I'd go with a white blind.

Change the glazing to frosted if it's not already, then you don't need a blind?

justthecat · 27/01/2019 17:39

I’d go for a cream colour

It is frosted the glass but it looks unfinished inside needs something. White I thought would be too cold looking...crram not sure would go with the chromr and silver in the paper.

I thought something patterned with black and purple

Or one of those mesh blinds in silver

Do you not think patterned paper and patterned blind would clash ? Are you thinking Roman blind or wood Venetian ?

Overseasmom100 · 27/01/2019 17:47

Pull down roller

I think you're right about it needing a blind to finish it off.

Cream is the way to go IMO. And patterns will look way too busy, even more so in a small room. And dark colours would be overbearing.

What about a bright fuschia pink or teal? Plain, not patterned

Overseasmom100 · 27/01/2019 18:25

Ooo like the idea of teal

As it’s a tiny window, I would buy a plain colourful blind to match you towels and accessories.
It will be fairly cheap to replace if you ge5 fed up of your colour scheme.

Overseasmom100 · 27/01/2019 18:53

Great idea about matching with towels
