I didn't think Noro lasted that long.

It's probably something else, there's a lot going around. Half my workplace has had time off over the last fortnight.

4 days is unusually long for noro. Are U immuno-suppressed?
So many other things can make you vomiting ill. Try to keep your fluid intake up as priority.

Hi thankyou for your posts in answer to my question seems it wasnt norovirus after all i have a kidney infection still not hundred percent but much better now i have antibiotic on board .i didnt have burning on peeing at all like ive heard happens with infections of the kidney so i didnt even think it could be that. I was just feeling generally unwell with vomiting and pains in my lower stomach glad i went to see my Gp and got meds apparently its quite dangerous and can lead to sepsis if not treated promptly pretty scarey

Oh, you poor bugger! Glad you got yourself checked out, it's so hard to drag yourself off to the docs when you're that bad. Get well soon!

smurfy2015 · 30/01/2019 02:17

Glad you are being treated and are on the road to recovery.

Norovirus here we think, Ive come down with it yesterday but my appetite had been gone for days so Im dry retching, did throw up a few times and time spent with the runs. Feeling weak, sweats and shivers, dizzy

Horrible horrible

Ah jeez, thanks for update. Glad you're getting right treatment, now.
