I think that I need some of these. Does anyone have any that they would recommend. I’m a techno dinosaur and need to buy some to keep me running as my training steps up. I’ve got an iPhone 7 but have no idea what to buy. I’m guessing that they are wireless? How do they connect? I don’t want to buy some that don’t work with my phone. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks
