Holiday companies abroad that accept unaccompanied teens

Hi,
Not asking about working/volunteering hols but wondering if anyone know of specific companies that accept unaccompanied teenagers (17yrs old) abroad...looking at south of France apartments/gites or Italy.

They’re looking at wanting to spend around £100-£130 each/week on accommodation plus flights.

I used to do holiday lets in the Algarve. I don’t know if any company that will accept under 18s with no responsible adult

Unlikely as they're unable to enter into a contract at that age (with a few exceptions). You might find someone willing if you offered a very large deposit?

Youth Hostels will often accept 16 plus won't they?

Yes I will take a look but I read the other day that France isn’t big on YH’s.
