It's a parking/neighbour one

There is someone parked in front of my house. I have no idea who. But a neighbour (I think) has just knocked on my door demanding I move "my" car because it's parked "in the middle of the road".
I told him it wasn't mine, but he still expected me to do something about it because it's in front of my house and it's dangerous to be taking up so much road. He's called me inconsiderate, selfish and stupid. He clearly doesn't believe it isn't mine. I told him we only have 1 car and DH is out in that at the moment.
I'm a bit gobsmacked. I just repeated that it isn't my car and shut my door. He's now outside ranting and raving down the phone. I think he's waiting for DH to shout at him or possibly the owners to shout at them. The car is parked twatishly and definitely too far from the pavement (pic below) but nothing I can do!

Obviously nothing you can do about it. What a rude man talking to you like that on your own doorstep.

CoffeeRunner · 26/01/2019 15:53

He is an idiot.

That is all.

ApolloandDaphne · 26/01/2019 15:55

What an idiot he is.

Holidayshopping · 26/01/2019 15:55

What a bellend! It’s difficu to see the car from the photo-is it stopping other cars getting past?

Claw001 · 26/01/2019 15:57

It’s hardly in the middle of the road! Just a bit away from the kerb! And not your car! What a drama king 🙄

Biancadelriosback · 26/01/2019 15:57

Hes driven off now, I'm guessing he got bored. But he made a huge deal about getting past the car. Drive at about 1mph, practically mounted the curb on the other side. The road is clearly wide enough for 2 cars to pass comfortably so no need for the production. Should I pop a note on the car?

PuppyMonkey · 26/01/2019 15:58

Just wave and smile back at him out the window if he carries on kicking off out there.

I’ve seen worse parking than that tbf.

Claw001 · 26/01/2019 16:00

A note saying what?!

GottenGottenGotten · 26/01/2019 16:03

What's with the name change?

williteverend99 · 26/01/2019 16:16

Wonder if he would have been so aggressive if you had been a huge male rugby prop forward.

Everyday violence against women. If you see him again I would report him for verbal assault.

That kind of behaviour should be nipped in the bud.

Biancadelriosback · 26/01/2019 16:43

What name change?

SamBaileys · 26/01/2019 16:44

I too have seen parking much worse than that!
Neighbour is a knob.

Oldraver · 26/01/2019 16:46

There is an i missing from your 'new' name...Grin

O4FS · 26/01/2019 16:47

The spelling of you name has changed so you aren’t appearing as the OP anymore

Biancadelriosback · 26/01/2019 16:48

Eh??? How? It looks the same to me on the app?

Biancadelriosback · 26/01/2019 16:49

Oh I've just noticed!!! How the hell have I done that???

MsAdorabelleDearheartVonLipwig · 26/01/2019 16:50

What a cheeky twat. I agree with the pp, if it had been your husband telling him it wasn’t your car, he wouldn’t have been such an arsehole. How thick have you got to be though, to keep ranting on about it after you’ve been told it’s not yours?

EggysMom · 26/01/2019 16:53

Leave the driver a note thanking him for the entertainment Grin

ivykaty44 · 26/01/2019 16:54

Pop a note on car

If you’re going to park outside my house do so neatly as I’ve just taken rap from neighbour for your twattish parking, knocked on the door and shouted at me for the way you abandoned your veht
