to remove bath sink and electric shower and replace floor underneath bath. (aporox 2m by 1m) put new plaster board around the bath (2m across back and 1m either side) and tile around the bath and splashback on sink around 4m2 of tiling. plus laying vinyl. room is 2m by 2m.
I can't get quotes as someone has already started in an emergency but now it's taking ages and having priced materials I think it might be too much. I need an idea so I can say now and just pay him for what's done so far if my gut is right
