Anyone got any tips for getting rid of one? I have has symptoms since Wednesday night, things were improving yesterday afternoon and I thought it was on the way out of the door but, all of a sudden tonight it feels worse again. Peeing isn't too bad but I have lower back pain and discomfort in my lower stomach. The symptoms are keeping me awake tonight, and after three bad nights sleep I would love to close my eyes and not wake up until 7am but it feels like that is not going to happen.

If you can feel it in your lower back you need to go to the gp for antibiotics. I've just finished my course of antibiotics for the same thing! Was told by the gp to come in if I ever feel it in the back instead of trying at home treatments.
