Does anyone have any tips? How do you make yours?

All I'm looking to make is a nice, simply and hearty (very yummy), spaghetti Bolognese - With cheddar cheese on top Grin

The secret of great spag bol is adding lots and lots of tomato puree. I normally put in a tube full.

See I don't like it massively tomatoey. I do as most above but put in a really good shake of paprika, cumin, cinnamon and tumeric as well when I'm browning the mince.

I’m making bolognaise today after this post reminded me how good it is. I use the recipe at the end of the Guardian article, but have some half pork/half beef this time. It’s got another two and half left in the oven but smells great.

I mainly use Gino D'Campo's recipe (It's the one we all prefer) but free hand I tend to make it different everytime, depending on what we have in and who it's for I make the baby's one with about 10 different veg as I puree it
