Where to buy a weighted blanket that isn't SO expensive?

Hi all,
Any recommendations for a weighted blanket which is a reasonable price (i.e. £80 or below), quite cooling or at least neutral (as I get warm too easily), hypoallegenic and/or washable (esp preferred if can be washed at 60C) and most importantly, that you know that it helps with anxiety/difficulty falling asleep?

Thank you :)

There are instructions online for making your own. You could ask a seamstress to make one to your spec if you supplied all the materials.

Watching for replies with interest as I would like to try one too. Weight definitely helps falling asleep as I can't sleep without at least two duvets. Prefer 4 really but in summer it's just not workable.

I got one from Etsy but it wasn’t cheap. I read an article about small handheld sand bags applied to certain points on your hips has the same effect. I’ve not tried it though
