Best pencil eyeliner in black which stays on, doesn't smudge or smear downwards and is quite dark in pigment?

Have this:
www.wesellcosmetics.com/rimmel-exaggerate-automatic-waterproof-eye-definer.html?utm_source=google_shopping&140=121&aid=137&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_vKE_e2E4AIVSbftCh3K6Q3lEAQYASABEgKXOPD_BwE

which is good in general in terms of the pencil tip etc and good colour when first applied but tends to fade and smudge downwards (if I apply to lower eyeline so end up with it going down and sinking into the lines under my eyes and giving an awful racoon look.

Anything similar but stays put for 8+ hours? Don't like feltip type pen applicators at all or very thick pencils.

I borrowed my DDs black eyeliner and it was bloody brilliant in terms of staying power, doesn't move from 6am till bedtime. Lovely and dark.
£1 from MUA range in Superdrug.

@UncomfortableSilence
Thanks for that suggestion :) I will have a try. Some of the customer reviews seem to suggest some smudging but still worth a try considering how cheap it is :)

Julep When Pencil Met Gel is amazing, easy to use, looks like a gel liner, stays put and doesn't smudge down your face at all.

From experience, Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner is bloody brilliant!

This one is brilliant, like a kohl pencil but stays put.
