Our provider have just said that we need to be paying £105 a month I can't work out why our bill is so high?

Anybody got any tips for reducing it, I don't understand how it has gone up so much recently.

Should have said that was based on an actual reading done last week.

Last week our supplier emailed me to say our direct debit was going up from £85 a month to £137!! We're £200 in credit and had a new boiler fitted in November. I called them, they've now reduced our DD to £81 (which I still think is too much, but will quiet it after next bill)

anything changed recently OP? You haven't got 5 people charging devices overnight etc?
