Cottage/lodge/hotel with hot tub within 2 hrs of Newcastle anyone.

Looking for recommendations for our anniversary and really want to stay somewhere with a hot tub (I know they aren't everyone's cup of tea!).

Any recommendations?

Oops should add we can only get away maybe 1 or 2 nights which is a PITA as most places would be for a weekend.

Have you looked at Hesleyside Huts? Some of them have hot tubs I think

Maften Hall has a hot tub in the spa area as does Seaham Hall . Both are lovely places to stay and within an hour's drive of Newcastle .

Have a look at Crabtree&crabtree.com, lots of cottages, a few have hot tubs.

Just seen you can only do a few nights which makes it trickier

A wigwam may not be the luxury experience you had in mind, here has hot tubs and you arent restricted to set rental periods
