It’s been 2 weeks since I returned a coat I bought online from HoF and no sign of a refund and it’s impossible to get through to them on chat, no phone number or email address, just chat or letter!
The reviews on trustpilot for HoF are awful but just wondering if anyone has managed to get a refund from them this past month or so?
Luckily I purchased on credit card, coat was £200 so I have protection.
