Even though I'm not at all religious I do love the Serenity prayer. I use it a lot to calm down.

But most of all I love 'Failing to prepare, is preparing to fail'. Think of it every time I can't be bothered to do something now that will help me in the future.

Most recently though, someone very casually said 'the time is going to pass regardless' when another person was they didn't want to do something because of how long it took. It stuck with me.
