I would like a fit bit without fit bit prices,

I would like to know how many steps a day I am doing, and also track my sleep.

That is all, so therefore reluctant to spend too much.

I have just had a dexa scan and would not be surprised to discover that I am osteo pina, so I would like to come up with an exercise plan for the spring.

The last dexa scan (twelfty million years ago) was clear, however in the interim, I have had tonsil cancer and subsequent treatment and now eating is a struggle. I do take magnesium, kelp and zinc everyday.

So any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Chinese brand. -xiao mi has band that does this. The one I have also has outside temp and time on iit and only needs charging every 10 days or so.
Mine was about £18 in China , but possibly a little bit more in the UK.

Get the fitbit flex 2. Does what you want and it's cheap now since it's older. I like it because it's not as big as the other ones.

Garmin have some good fitness trackers. Usually half price on Amazon/Argos

How much are you wanting to spend? Sorry to hear of your health problems. 💐

I got my Fitbit second hand on eBay, rrp £150 and I paid £75, I've had it over 6 months and works great. With Feb around the corner you may come across people selling them given up their New Years resolutions in need of cash!

Secondhand through CEX?

Have a look at Fitbit flex. I have one and it's quite small and just links to phone to track steps and sleep.

SpoonBlender · 22/01/2019 16:14

Your phone might do this alone. I know all iPhones do step counting, and you can get apps to do sleep monitoring (you put the phone next to your pillow on the mattress), doubtless most Androids do too.

For the iPhone I use Pedometer and Sleep Cycle.

I would look at Garmin - cheaper and better rated than fitbits. The app is pretty good.
