Rucksack advice

Has anyone bought a rucksack recently that they like.
I would like one with as many of the following
must have
Laptop holder/ compartment.
Padded straps
Large capacity ( exact capacity depends on configuration)
Side pockets
It must be tough !
Padded back

would like
Waterproof / cover
Separate section suitable for lunch.
Dark colour.

Do not want
Loads of tiny pockets
Zip fastening for main compartment unless it's very tough and easy to grip.

I have had lots of rucksack in the past but they have been used more for shopping , overnight stays etc.
I need something more suitable for work .
The one I have atm is made by AdventureRidge

I have an osprey daylite plus, not huge but holds a laptop and lunch. More than anything it gets used for days out so being comfortable to carry all day was top of my feature list. I'd say it's shower proof rather than fully waterproof.

It does have a zip main compartment, but it does have good loops on the zip pulls. I'd prefer a traditional drawstring as i find the zip ones all open further than I'd like making it easy for stuff to fall out. However, they seem hard to find.

We also have an Osprey. We bought it for our holiday as DS was still in nappies and needed a water bottle/snacks etc and I wanted to be able to carry it all day without any issues. We use it several times a week.

It looks like the Quasar model. The only annoying thing with it is that the pull tags on one of the zips keep coming off. They're cord and now we've had it ages one side slips out. I could easily replace with another pull tag though, just a job I've not bothered with. Other than that it looks like new. Useful pockets, enough but not too many, really easy to carry and adjust.
