Has this helped you lose weight/ keep slim & toned?
Looking for inspiration. Currently do around half of that.

No, I think it depends on how you get to 20000. When I was on mat leave I would go for long walks with the pram, and it def made me more toned. However, I average that at work but it’s a lot of short walks from computer to printer, and walking round wards stopping at each bed so not going at a good pace, so I need to either do a long walk after work or a different type of exercise to gab any hope of being toned!
