Help - pine parquet flooring

GINFAT · 20/01/2019 13:04

We have the original pine parquet flooring under the carpet in our living room. The house was built in 1901 so about 117 years old. We would like to get this restored. Has anyone got any recommendations for floor restorers in Hertfordshire?

Have you looked at it? Don't know anyone but I'd find a good local carpenter who should know where to point you.

Enjoy-I'm envious!

Hertfordshire is a very big county. North or South?

Hitchin area. Carpet is up and all looks sound. Want to get a professional in with the big sanders rather than sand ourselves.

I would have thought Letchworth would be your best bet.
