Where to go for snow but not skiing

Looking for somewhere with guaranteed snow in the Feb half term that suitable for a toddler. Basically just want to take the kids for some fun in the snow - happy to go to a ski resort but they all seem to be a long drive from any airport :/

Seefeld in Tirol is lovely and only about half an hour's drive from Innsbruck airport.

Tromso, in Norway - it is actually in the artic circle and it absolutely amazing.

You can also see the Northern lights very clearly.

Pretty much anywhere in Norway.

Norway is totally on my list - looks amazing there.

Wow, just googled and you can fly direct to Tromsø quite reasonably - this might be a great option

We've always had a great time in Tromso.

I think we flew Norweigan.

Tromsø would be nice. It’s easy to get around.
