I had the copper coil in October. I checked the strings a few days after fitting and I couldn’t feel them so I went back and they said they had curled up around my cervix. I forgot to book my check up 🙈 and haven’t checked the strings since until last week, they feel sooo long! Like a tip of a finger in. I can feel my cervix and no hard plastic coming out I don’t think, but I’m now worried it’s slipped down 😩 are they meant to be this long? Why would they leave them this long? 😩 going to ring Drs on Monday
