I did SW years ago, just eating proper food, none of the processed muller lights and mug shots crap.
I’ve been trying to do it again to shift a stone and a half, but just can’t seem to stick at it. So I decided to look at WW. It seems similar to SW - eat loads of veg, fruit and lean protein and then limited amounts of everything else. Is this right or am I missing something?
Would anyone care to share their experience, especially if the groups are worth attending?
