i have a nikon kit with selection of lenses but am looking to update....

my option are either a nikon d7200 body only

or
switch over to mirrorless olympus omd5 which means buying new lenses and selling my Nikon gear to fund it

I'll swap your Nikon for an OM10 and a Durst Enlarger. I'll even throw in a few gallons of Stop Bath
