Help with sleep issues for child with CP

Hi, there’s probably no one up now but I’ll ask anyway..

My son is 2.5 and he has cerebral palsy. He currently has bronchiolitis and has been poorly for around 2 weeks. This has really been affecting his muscles and it’s the first time we’ve experienced anything like this. He’s hardly sleeping, he’s so tight and uncomfortable and just crying all of the time.

He has a physio but not at 2am on a Saturday morning! I’ve tried stretching him out which seems to calm him but as soon as I stop he starts again. He has baclofen and we’ve not been advised to increase the dose.

Any other ideas please??

Has he had pain relief too?

Oh bless him poor lad. I have no experience of cp sorry, but am also up with my 2.5 yo.
Would Calpol or a bath help him feel better?

He's had paracetamol and ibuprofen alternately every 2 hours as advised by the community nurse. Nothing is working. I'm at my wits end with it all
