How do you know when a cheesecake is set?

Making two cheesecakes, one strawberry & white chocolate and one kinder. Strawberry one has gone hard and seems set, kinder one has gone firmer but no where near as firm as the strawberry one. I’m going to leave it overnight, will it be ok? Worried about taking it out of the tin 😂😩

Presumably you have used gelatine? Or Similar setting agent ? It usually sets in a couple of hours depending on ratio of fluid to setting agent , I've found chocolate sets much quicker and both should be fine overnight
Sounds delicious 😀
