Bottle Biting

My son is 6 weeks old, when feeding him he now takes forever to finish a bottle, he just seems to bite the teat. Any tips? He's only just started doing this, six weeks seems way too early for teething. It's doesn't seem to make a difference what teats we use.

Have you tried a faster flow teat?

Yes we tried faster and various flow but it doesn't make a difference only choked him when he does drink.
Only way to get him to be quick with the first few ounces is to wait until he's screaming for the bottle but then I feel bad for making him wait that long.

How long is he taking to finish a bottle normally? Apparently up to half an hour can be normal.
