What happens if you're married and live with a partner (and a child), and you're under 25?

Gov.co.uk don't seem to specify. They mention parents, and then only go on to mention a partners income situation for Over 25's Hmm

It's all very confusing. I'm really hoping to go to university next year but it's looking extremely unlikely. Simply because I can't afford to.

You would be classed the same way as over 25’s/independents due to marital status and having a child.

You might be entitled to parents learning allowance and or childcare grant. Call them
and ask for advice.
