Sorry but help - sulphur vomiting and diarrhea

Is there anything I can do?

It sounds like giardia but last time I had this it only lasted 72 hours..

All I can taste is sulphur. I can't stop throwing up/runs

I've been burping since 10am yesterday - the actually sickness didn't start until 3am this morning

I'm lying on the sofa with an ache in my belly, stinking of rotten eggs and quietly weeping

I think sulphur breath/burps could be a sign of a feacal blockage which can be very serious. If I was you I would be seeing a Dr today.

My exDH got this all the time. He was always at the doctor about it. I think they said IBS in the end.

Anyway the only thing that stopped it dead was pepto bismol.
