Where do you buy yours? I'm struggling to find thighs and drumsticks in mine (Asda & Morrisons), just whole chickens and legs.

M&S and Tescos.

Usually markses or sainsburys. Markses is actually the cheaper of the two and theirs are organic, too.

Though dividing a leg into thighs and drumsticks isn't difficult with a sturdy knife.

Sainsbury’s and Marks - or of I have time to get to the local wholefoods/planet. Im not keen on Tesco meat/fish/poultry - not sure why (maybe it was horsegate that out me off).

Can you look at a local butchers and ask them? I have an ace butchers I use and I know their pork/beef they rear themselves and where the chickens come from locally. It's not that more expensive and the quality is excellent, far superior to Tesco and suchlike.

Sadly I don't have a local butchers anymore. There is an excellent Farm Shop about 15 mins away but assumed it would be too expensive. I will check it out though.
