Buttermilk - always have theirs when in Cornwall. They now have small range in supermarkets but try their online shop for full range. They even did a fudge advent calendar this year.

If Roskilly’s Cornish ice cream (especially with extra clotted cream slathered on top) is anything to go by their fudge is bound to be bloody gorgeous.

I came on to say this. Crumbly fudge, that's very nearly tablet. Salted caramel flavour is amazing (so is the coconut. Tastes like Scottish macaroon).
