How much annual leave and bank holiday after mat leave?

Hi, I work for the NHS.
As a full time employee taking a whole year of maternity leave you get an entire years worth of annual leave paid plus a year's worth of bank holidays (8) to add on to your mat leave.

But I work part-time (0.5 of a post) and cant get my head around how much bank holiday pay i should be getting as it all depends if they fell on day usually worked. During the year 3 BHs fell on non-work days. 5 fell on working days but only oe of these were full days, and 4 were on my half days.

Does anyone understand the calculation I should be doing to work out how many bank holidays I should be getting when I go back?

Our Trust's Leave policy has a table appendixed which calculates A/L both exclusive and inclusive of Bank Holidays. If you work a normal shift pattern that includes BH then it doesn't matter which days the BH's fall on (e.g I had Christmas Day off but it was a normal day off for that working week not an additional day). If you work a normal Mon to Friday and your Team all have B/H off it's slightly more complicated.

Trusts usually use some form of electronic rostering which calculates it automatically - can you contact that Team?
