The heated discussion may be on day 3...

We have a box of People/Animals (so all action figures and animal toys) and a box of all cars/trains/vehicles.

So where would you put these!

In what toy organisation section would you put these?

I’d put them in cars/vehicles.

Myfanwyprice · 17/01/2019 10:51

Cars/vehicles

MrsLettuce · 17/01/2019 10:51

Yy everything with small wheels should be together

leeloo1 · 17/01/2019 10:54

Unless you create a new section for 'character' toys?

EsmesRedPetticoat · 17/01/2019 10:55

Cars
No arguments!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 17/01/2019 10:56

You also need a 'junk' box - any toys that don't fit into the organisation system go in there. Particularly helpful for McDonalds toys and party bag shite xx

BitOutOfPractice · 17/01/2019 10:58

Vehicles for sure

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 17/01/2019 10:58

whoami24601 I do, I call it the bin Wink

I've got the Chase car and it goes in the general toy box. It doesn't match the other cars as they are hot wheels cars and the Chase car is too plasticy. And I am mad on toy organisation.

fingerlickingud · 17/01/2019 11:02

Yep, vehicles!

HotInWinter · 17/01/2019 11:06

Whichever box has space!
Vehicles if there is space in that box. People/animals if that box has more space!

steppemum · 17/01/2019 11:14

vehicles.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 17/01/2019 11:26

HotInWinter that’s not how it works!! Good grief! Wink

Bananalanacake there’s hot wheels, organic wooden cars and plastic noisy tat...there’s a good mix!

Please never come and look at my kids toys then!!!!!

RiverTam · 17/01/2019 12:35

vehicles or random box

3boysandabump · 17/01/2019 12:40

Ours go with the cars

thegrassisgreenifyouusefilters · 17/01/2019 13:01

We have a paw patrol box, but when we just had one vehicle it went in the cars

ISpeakJive · 17/01/2019 13:06

Toys? Organisation?

Sorry..... You’ve lost me....

thegrassisgreenifyouusefilters · 17/01/2019 13:25

Ours is like this .. but my friend says it's not a good storage idea as it's not Montessori. I did ask how you store a million pieces of Duplo on a open shelf but she didn't say anything ?

In what toy organisation section would you put these?
starzig · 17/01/2019 15:13

Vehicular box

Endofrelationship · 17/01/2019 15:18

Our paw patrol ones are in with cars.

Our hey duggee ones are in with animals (which is contentious).

widgetbeana · 17/01/2019 21:36

The vehicle part of the toy is larger than the animal part so in pure logic and mathematical terms - vehicle box.

However if the wheels do not turn (just a plastic figure basically) then they don't go in vehicle box.

MrsLJ2014 · 17/01/2019 22:25

We have a canvas paw patrol box with a lid and velcro sides, which opens up in to a little car mat. It was from B&M. Bloody sea patroller and air patroller don't fit in it though! If you're not getting a new box, I'd go for vehicles!
