How to dry up milk

Unfortunately I need to stop breastfeeding. Can you give me tips to dry up my milk quickly. My boobs get so painful when they are full.

How long were you feeding for?

Cabbage leaves really help with the swelling!

Sudafed is meant to dry up milk but I've never tried it.

Sage taken as a herbal tea helps decrease milk production.

Also, take care of yourself. When you wind down breastfeeding, some feel-good hormones associated with the milk production production and can create in some women a temporary secondary "baby blues". So if you feel it, be kind with yourself, it is a normal part of the process.

Any decongestant will help dry up milk.

You need to take a decongestant containing pseudoephedrine.
