It will come but remember, it’s ok to not be ok. Sending love.

Oh sweetie. What time is the funeral? I know you probably can't sleep but can you get some peace and quiet and maybe a little lie down? It's going to be a long day. Gather your thoughts.and try to eat something light. Do you have anyone you can lean on for support? Or do you have to be strong for everyone else?

What ‘will bend ‘ said , rest if not sleep
Sending you 💐and thinking of you x

I'm so sorry you have to go through this
Try and rest tonight, body if not mind
Try and eat something before you go
When you get to the church/ chapel you will gather the strength you need from friends and loved ones, and you'll probably find the ceremony passes in a blur, I walked beside my DM's coffin and only registered it was actually her when I saw the flowers we had chosen on the top
Although it's raw and agonising right now, in time those feelings will be replaced by memories of happy timesThanks
